UNI MEDICAL (02666) subsidiary completes issuance of 500 million yuan medium-term notes.

UNI MEDICAL (02666) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Global Leasing Co., Ltd., proposed to issue 2024 second series domestic medium-term notes in China with a maximum principal amount of up to RMB 500 million ("the notes"). The notes were issued in China on December 16, 2024, with an actual issue amount of RMB 500 million. The notes will mature in 3 years from December 17, 2024, with a fixed interest rate of 2.13%. The issue price is RMB 100 per note, which is equivalent to 100% of the face value of the notes.
