Iflytek Co., Ltd. (002230.SZ) announced that on November 19, 2024, the actual controller, Mr. Liu Qingfeng, and the University of Science and Technology Assets Management Co., Ltd. ("USTC Holdings") have signed a "Joint Action Agreement" which has now ended, and the joint action relationship between the two parties has been terminated. The actual controller of Iflytek Co., Ltd. has been changed from Mr. Liu Qingfeng and USTC Holdings to Mr. Liu Qingfeng.
