RSUN PPT (01996) announced that due to failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the financial year ending on December 31, 2024, with the company's auditor Ernst & Young, Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 20, 2024. Upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, Zhongzheng Tianheng Accounting Firm Limited has been appointed as the company's new auditor, effective from November 20, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Ernst & Young's resignation.
