Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group (000061.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly establish a project company with Shanghai Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Construction Group"), Shanghai Pudong Commercial Development Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pudong Commercial Group"), and Shanghai Huiyu Nan Commercial Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huiyu Nan Company"), to invest in the "Shanghai Haijixing Huinan Project". The total investment of the project will not exceed 3 billion yuan, and the registered capital of the project company will not exceed 1.3 billion yuan, with the company's shareholding not less than 51%. According to the announcement, the Shanghai Haijixing Huinan Project is located in Huinan Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, covering an area of approximately 438 acres. The project will be positioned as a first-tier comprehensive logistics and trading center in Pudong New Area, leveraging the geographical advantages of Huinan Town in Shanghai to focus on the import and export business of Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group, aiming to develop it into an important distribution center for Shenzhen Agricultural Power Group import and export in the Yangtze River Delta region and even nationwide. This matter will help the company continue to consolidate its wholesale market layout in the Yangtze River Delta region.
