Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600) announced that the company held board meetings and supervisory board meetings on November 19, 2024, and approved the proposal "Regarding the repurchase and cancellation of restricted shares granted to incentive recipients that have not yet been released from restrictions, and adjusting the repurchase price." The company agreed to adjust the repurchase price of restricted shares under the 2021 restricted share incentive plan, and repurchase and cancel 866,800 shares of restricted shares granted to 36 incentive recipients that have not yet been released from restrictions.
In view of the upcoming 2024 mid-term equity distribution, the repurchase price of restricted shares granted for the first time under this incentive plan has been adjusted from RMB 2.93 per share to RMB 2.85 per share; and the reserved restricted share grant price has been adjusted from RMB 2.09 per share to RMB 2.01 per share.
