Guangdong Hoshion Industrial Aluminium (002824.SZ) announced that on November 19, 2024, the company received notification from its actual controller Li Jianxiang that on November 18, 2024, Li Jianxiang signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) (representing "Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership)-Ningju Yingshanhong 2 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund"). The agreement stipulates that Li Jianxiang will transfer his 14 million shares of the company (5.02% of the total share capital) to Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) (representing "Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership)-Ningju Yingshanhong 2 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund") for a total transfer price of 239 million RMB.
