WELLCCELL HOLD (02477) announces that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 26, 2024, PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong (PwC) has been reappointed as the company's auditor, with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders, and the Board of Directors has been authorized to determine their remuneration. PwC has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from November 19, 2024. The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Deloitte Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Deloitte Tohmatsu) as the auditor (effective from November 19, 2024) to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation, and they will serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
