Ways Electron (605218.SH) announced that the company received a decision from the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau on November 19, 2024, issuing a warning letter to Ways Electron Limited and related responsible persons ([2024] No. 221, hereinafter referred to as the "Warning Letter").
After investigation, the company was found to have the following issues: 1. Incomplete information and insufficient risk warnings in the information released on the Shanghai e Interaction platform; 2. Inaccurate disclosure of information related to the temporary replenishment of idle raised funds for working capital. The then Secretary to the Board, Chen Xingcai, is mainly responsible for the above situation.
