Lionhead Technology Development (600539.SH) announced that its shareholder, Huayuan Lugang Capital Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huayuan Capital"), who owns more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of up to 6.9 million shares of the company, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.
