SINOPEC CORP (00386) announced on November 19, 2024 that it will spend 25,417,400 Hong Kong dollars to repurchase 6,072,000 shares, with a repurchase price of 4.16-4.25 Hong Kong dollars per share. On the same day, it will spend 18,117,800 yuan to repurchase 2,880,000 A-shares, with a repurchase price of 6.26-6.37 yuan per share.
