Zhejiang Yunzhongma (603130.SH) announced that the company's Chairman and actual controlling shareholder, Ye Fuzhong, has increased his holdings in the company by a total of 295,700 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system using the method of centralized bidding, representing 0.2150% of the company's total share capital. The total increase in holdings amounted to 6.009 million yuan (excluding transaction costs), and the increase plan has been fully implemented.
