S.F. Holding (06936) will conduct its IPO from November 19th to November 22nd, 2024. The company plans to globally offer 170 million H-shares, with approximately 9.5% available for sale in Hong Kong and about 90.5% for international sale, with an additional 15% allotted for over-allotment options. The offer price for each share will be between HK$32.3 and HK$36.3. It is expected that H-shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 27th, 2024, at 9:00 am, with each trading unit consisting of 200 H-shares.
