GF SEC(01776) plans to issue short-term corporate bonds (Seventh Series).

GF SEC (01776) announced that the company plans to issue the 7th tranche of short-term corporate bonds for professional investors in 2024. The total issuance size of this series of bonds will not exceed RMB 4.5 billion, with each bond having a face value of RMB 100 and a total of 45 million bonds to be issued at a price of RMB 100 per bond. The pricing range for this series of bonds is 1.50% - 2.50%. The issuer and lead underwriter will conduct an interest rate inquiry to investors on November 19, 2024 (T-1 day) and determine the final coupon rate of this series of bonds based on the results of the inquiry.
