E&P GLOBAL (01142): The court orders the complete termination of all lawsuits.

E&P GLOBAL (01142) announced that, pursuant to the orders made by Justice Yip of the High Court on November 13, 2024 in respect of each of the litigations, it has been agreed to fully terminate all litigations without making any orders as to costs in relation to the applications for termination and termination of the litigations themselves. Although the consolidated litigations of HCA 1071/2017, HCA 2501/2017 and HCA 2520/2018 have been terminated, the Company still has the obligation to pay the debts under the third tranche of convertible notes issued by the Company.
