CARSGEN-B (02171) announced that on November 18, 2024, the company granted 2.667 million share options to 31 option grantees in accordance with the terms of the initial public offering. The exercise price of the share options granted is HK$7.26 per share, but they can only be exercised after acceptance by the option grantees.
