Guotai Junan (02611) announced that the seventh series of short-term financing bonds for the year 2024 has been fully issued on November 18, 2024. The total issuance amount is 4 billion yuan, with a face value interest rate of 1.93% and a term of 365 days.

Fuxin Dare Automotive Parts (300473.SZ) plans to increase its stake in the acquisition of 100% equity of Aizhuo Technology. Merging with the same industry will bring synergistic effects. The resumption of trading will be on November 19.
