Chongqing Sansheng Industrial (002742.SZ) announced that Mr. Pan Xianwen, the actual controller of the company, received the Administrative Supervision Measure Decision (No. [2024]45) from the Chongqing Securities Regulatory Commission on November 18, 2024. After investigation, Pan Xianwen, as the actual controller of the company, was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with a three-year probation and a fine of 1 million RMB for the crimes of manipulating the securities market and illegally issuing stocks by the First Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing. On July 23, 2024, the Chongqing High People's Court held a second trial and upheld the original verdict, dismissing the appeal. The second trial verdict is a significant event that should be disclosed immediately. Pan Xianwen received the court's judgment on August 1, 2024, but did not submit it to the company until September 3, 2024, causing a delay in information disclosure, which violates Article 3 and Article 22 of the "Provisions on Information Disclosure by Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 182, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosure Regulations"). As the actual controller of Chongqing Sansheng Industrial, Pan Xianwen is mainly responsible for the above matters.
