CICC (03908) announced that, according to the "China International Finance Limited Company's 2022 Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds (Second Tranche) for Professional Investors Prospectus", investors have the right to choose to register during the investor putback registration period to sell the "22 CICC G3" bonds (referred to as "this series of bonds") back to China International Finance Limited Company (referred to as the "issuer") in full or in part at face value, or choose to continue holding this series of bonds. Investors who choose to sell all or part of the bonds back to the issuer must register during the putback registration period; if investors do not register, it will be considered as continuing to hold the bonds. The putback registration period is from November 21, 2024 to November 27, 2024. The putback price is the face value of 100 yuan. One lot equals one putback unit, meaning the putback quantity must be a multiple of one lot (with one lot being 10 bonds).
