CHINA COMM CONS (01800) announced that, according to the company's articles of association, and subject to compliance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations, the company has the right to confiscate unclaimed dividends after the applicable time limit expires. Therefore, the board of directors of the company announced that any dividends from the period between 2009 and the end of 2016 that have not been claimed by December 17, 2024 will be confiscated and returned to the company.
