Yunnan Nantian Electronics Information (000948.SZ) appoints Chen Yufeng as president

Yunnan Nantian Electronics Information (000948.SZ) announced that due to job changes, Mr. Song Weiquan, the former president of the company, has resigned from his position. The Board of Directors of the company, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, and the Company's Articles of Association, and after review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, has appointed Mr. Chen Yufeng as the new president of the company. His term will be from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the term of the ninth Board of Directors.
