Jinfa Labi Maternity & Baby Articles (002762.SZ) issued an announcement to accelerate the implementation of the company's strategic plan, complete the strategic layout of "maternity + medical beauty", and achieve the strategic transformation of "healthy babies + beautiful mothers". The company plans to acquire 51% equity of Zhuhai Hanfei Medical Beauty Clinic Limited Company (referred to as "Zhuhai Hanfei") fully owned by Guangdong Hanfei Hospital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hanfei Investment") for 41.27 million yuan, and acquire 51% equity of Zhongshan Hanfei Medical Beauty Clinic Limited Company (referred to as "Zhongshan Hanfei") fully owned by Hanfei Investment for 10.12 million yuan.

Inly Media Co., Ltd (603598.SH) controlling shareholder intends to transfer 5.029% of the company's shares to Kei Fund.
