CHINASILVER TEC (00515): Wang Bing appointed as executive director

China Silver Tec (00515) announced that on November 15, 2024, Wang Bing was appointed as an executive director of the company, with immediate effect. Due to his intention to focus on other business and commitments, Zeng Yongguang has resigned as an executive director of the company, effective from November 15, 2024. After Mr. Zeng's resignation takes effect on November 15, 2024, Guo Junhao, an executive director of the company, will replace Mr. Zeng as (i) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to receive any legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong.
