Guangdong Orient Zirconic ind sci & tech (002167.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder LB Group Co., Ltd. has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" from CITIC BANK Jiaozuo Branch ("CITIC BANK Jiaozuo Branch"). CITIC BANK Jiaozuo Branch will provide financing support to LB Group Co., Ltd. for increasing its stake in Guangdong Orient Zirconic ind sci & tech. The loan amount will not exceed 140 million RMB, with a loan term of no more than 1 year, and it will be specifically used for increasing its stake in Guangdong Orient Zirconic ind sci & tech through centralized bidding trading.
Changchun High-Tech Industries (000661.SZ) plans to repurchase company shares valued at 300 to 500 million yuan, and has already received a commitment for a 350 million yuan repurchase loan.
