Announcement from Guangdong Sunwill Precising Plastic (002676.SZ): The Board of Directors has agreed for its subsidiary Jiangsu Junwei Precision Parts Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Junwei Technology") to use 80 million RMB to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Junwei Plastic Hardware Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongguan Junwei"), with 1 million RMB going into the registered capital and 79 million RMB going into capital surplus. This capital increase is beneficial for strengthening the capital strength of Dongguan Junwei, promoting its main business's continuous and stable development, improving its operational efficiency and profitability, enhancing the company's sustainable development capability and core competitiveness. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Dongguan Junwei will increase from 59.86152 million RMB to 60.86152 million RMB, with Junwei Technology still holding 100% equity in Dongguan Junwei.
