Modern Property is authorized to sign the "Changsha City Changcai Intelligent ShenZhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership) Partnership Agreement" with Changsha City Changcai Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changcai Private Equity"), Changsha City Changcai Capital Management Co., Ltd.
