China Construction Bank Corporation (00939) announced that the board of directors received the resignation of Mr. Wang Bing today. Due to a job transfer, Mr. Wang Bing has requested to resign from his positions as Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors. The resignation will take effect from November 15, 2024.

Kuang Ming Investments Pte. Limited increased its holdings in VITASOY INT'L (00345) by 5.676 million shares, with an average price of approximately HK$9.87 per share.

Director Ke Rongqin increased his holdings of CABBEEN (02030) by 800,000 shares at a price of HK$1.31 per share.
