(02436): Zou Shenghe Appointed as Independent Non-executive Director

Lingxiong Technology (02436) announced that Gan Zhicheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director in order to devote more time to other business commitments, effective from November 15, 2024. Zou Shenghe has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from November 15, 2024. The Board further announced that the composition of the Company's Audit Committee will change as follows from November 15, 2024: (1) Gan Zhicheng will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee after resigning as an independent non-executive director; (2) Xu Nailin, an independent non-executive director, will be reassigned from the Chairman of the Audit Committee to a member of the Audit Committee; and (3) Zou Shenghe has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
