Hisense Home Appliances Group (00921) announced that between August 16, 2024 and November 15, 2024, its subsidiary air conditioning marketing company, home appliance Hunan company, Hisense mold company, and refrigerator marketing company (as the subscriber) entered into a Huaxia wealth management agreement to subscribe to Huaxia wealth management products, with a subscription amount of 2.165 billion yuan. The Group used its own idle funds to pay the subscription amount under the Huaxia wealth management agreement.
