Hua Ying Technology (000536.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Lin Jun, the Chairman and General Manager of the company. Due to work reasons, Mr. Lin Jun applied to resign from the position of General Manager of the company, and will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board, legal representative, member of the Board's Strategic Committee, and Chairman and General Manager of the subsidiary Fujian Huajia Color Co., Ltd.
