SDM EDUCATION (08363): Zhai Zhisheng resigns as an independent non-executive director.

SDM EDUCATION (08363) announced that Zhai Zhisheng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective from November 16, 2024, in order to devote more time to personal matters. He will also no longer serve as the Chairman of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. The Board of Directors further announced that Huang Hongxin has resigned as the company secretary, effective from November 16, 2024.
