Hubei Guangji Pharmaceutical (000952.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Guanghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guanghua Pharmaceutical") plans to be pre-listed on the Shanghai United Property Exchange and introduce strategic investors through capital increase and share expansion. The announcement stated that in order to reduce investment risks and smoothly advance the construction of the Guanghua Pharmaceutical chemical synthetic raw materials pharmaceutical base project to ensure its sustainable development, it is necessary to introduce strategic investors through public listing on the Shanghai United Property Exchange, which aligns with the overall strategic development needs of the company. After this equity expansion, Guanghua Pharmaceutical will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
