Angang Steel (00347) announced that, due to a change in job responsibilities, Meng Jinsong submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors of Angang Steel Limited (hereinafter referred to as the company) on November 14, 2024, requesting to resign from the position of vice general manager. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the company's articles of association, Meng Jinsong's resignation will take effect upon delivery of his resignation report to the company's board of directors.
