CHINA GREEN Power (000537.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, CHINA GREEN Power (Barilykun) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CHINA GREEN Power Barilykun") and CHINA GREEN Power (Hami) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CHINA GREEN Power Hami") have both received investment project filing documents from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The "CHINA GREEN Power Santanghu 3 million kilowatt wind power project" declared by CHINA GREEN Power Barilykun and the "CHINA GREEN Power Shisanjianfang 3 million kilowatt wind power project" declared by CHINA GREEN Power Hami have both been filed by the local development and reform commission.
