FINGERTANGO (06860) announced that the scheduled resumption hearing originally set for November 6, 2024 has been revised to November 14, 2024. Following the aforementioned hearing, the High Court of Hong Kong issued an order approving the Securities and Futures Commission's revised application, which includes other case management directions. The revised application includes adding the company's wholly-owned subsidiary FT Entertainment Limited and Shanghai Youmi Network Technology Co., Ltd. (together, the "relevant group companies") as respondents; and adding allegations against Mr. Liu and several former directors related to external loans granted by the relevant group companies from May 2020 to March 2021, forming the basis for additional relief sought by the Securities and Futures Commission, namely compensatory orders issued to the companies for losses suffered in connection with the loans granted by the relevant group companies.
