Subsidiary Zheshang of ZHEJIANGEXPRESS(00576) announced that as of the close of the market on November 14, 2024, there are only 9 trading days left until November 27 ("Zhe22 Convertible Bonds" last conversion date), which is the last conversion date for "Zhe22 Convertible Bonds". After the early redemption is completed, Zhe22 Convertible Bonds will be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange starting from November 28, 2024.
