Chairman Gao Yonggang resigns from JCET Group Co., Ltd. (600584.SH)

JCET Group Co., Ltd. (600584.SH) announced that on November 13, 2024, the Board of Directors received written resignation reports from Director/Chairman Gao Yonggang and Director Peng Jin. In accordance with the restructuring of the Board of Directors and work requirements, Director/Chairman Gao Yonggang resigned from his positions as Director and Chairman of the eighth Board of Directors, as well as from any specialized committees under the Board, and will not hold any positions in the company after his resignation. Director Peng Jin resigned from his positions as Director of the eighth Board of Directors and any specialized committees under the Board, and will not hold any positions in the company after his resignation. On the same day, the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from Director Zhang Chunsheng.
