Southchip Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) (688484.SH) announced that its shareholder Shunwei Technology and its concerted action parties Shunyi Hangzhou, Shunyi Wuhan, and Shunhong Wuhan collectively held a total of 26.72 million shares of the company, down from 30.84 million shares, accounting for 6.28% of the total share capital of the company, down from 7.28%.
