Harbin Jiuzhou Group (300040.SZ) has announced that its subsidiary, Harbin Jiuzhou Energy Investment Co., Ltd., has signed a share transfer agreement with China Nuclear Huineng (Heilongjiang) Energy Co., Ltd. ("China Nuclear Huineng"). The company will transfer 100% of the equity of its subsidiary, Tailai County Jiuzhou Wind Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "target company" or "Tailai Wind Power"), to China Nuclear Huineng for a transfer price of 448 million RMB. After the completion of this share transfer, the target company will no longer be a subsidiary of the company and will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
The sale of the equity of the target company is expected to increase the company's profits for this year by approximately 230 million RMB. The company will further deepen its strategic cooperation with China Nuclear Huineng (Heilongjiang) Energy Co., Ltd., and jointly develop new energy power projects in the future, in line with the company's strategic deployment.
