SHISHI SERVICES(08181) announced that starting from November 12, 2024, Lam Bun Yuen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee; Ho Ying Choi has been reassigned as the chairman of the Board of Directors. On the same day, Wong Lai Ming has resigned as an executive director and chairman of the Board of Directors; and Lam Tung Ming has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, respectively.
