China Merchants Bank (03968) announced that China Merchants Bank Limited has received the approval for the qualification of Li Jian as an independent director from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Approval No. Jinfu [2024] 727). According to the above approval, Li Jian's qualification as an independent director of China Merchants Bank has been approved.

November 12, TIANGE (01980) spent approximately HK$230,500 to repurchase 400,000 shares.
