SIICENVIRONMENT (00807) announced its performance for the first nine months of 2024, with total revenue of 5.2726 billion yuan, gross profit of 1.9888 billion yuan, and net profit attributable to shareholders reaching 0.4996 billion yuan, with earnings per share of 0.194 yuan.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2024, the gross profit margin was 37.7%, an increase of 2.8% from the same period in 2023, mainly due to lower construction revenue as a proportion of total revenue and lower unit costs due to increased sewage treatment and water supply volumes, as well as higher average prices for sewage and water leading to further increase in gross profit margin.
As of September 30, 2024, the group's cash and cash equivalents amounted to 2.77 billion yuan, at a healthy level.
