From November 14, 2023 to November 12, 2024, the controlling shareholder Shanghai Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone Development Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongda (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongda Company") have cumulatively increased the company's A shares by 76.897 million shares and B shares by 94.6398 million shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system through centralized bidding trading, totaling 3.4068% of the total share capital of the company.
