Sponsored ADR (EDU.US) rose by over 4%, and TAL Education Group Sponsored ADR Class A (TAL.US) rose by 7%. Chinese concept stocks were generally strong, with the Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rising by over 3.9%.
