Matrix Holdings (01005) announced that the Board of Directors have resolved to appoint KPMG (Hong Kong) as the company's new auditor, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company will hold a Special General Meeting of shareholders on Thursday, October 24, 2024, where a resolution will be proposed to approve the appointment of KPMG as the auditor for the company and its subsidiaries, until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
