Wuxi Zhenhua Auto Parts (605319.SH) announced that in order to obtain more orders, break through its own production capacity bottleneck, and enhance customer loyalty, the company has agreed for its wholly-owned subsidiary Langfang Zhenhua Quanjingshen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Langfang Quanjingshen") to build the Langfang Zhenhua Quanjingshen Auto Parts project, with a total investment of approximately 648 million yuan. Recently, Langfang Quanjingshen has won the land use rights and signed a "State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone Natural Resources and Planning Office.
