CN CULTURE GP (00745) announced that the company has received formal notification from Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited ("Grant Thornton") that, after considering factors such as the availability of internal resources, Grant Thornton has decided not to seek reappointment as the company's auditor ("auditor") at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on September 25, 2024, and will retire as auditor at the end of its current term.
