SHIMAO SERVICES (00873) announcement that on September 24, 2024, the seller (Shimao Tiancheng Property Services Group Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) intends to sell 60% equity of the target company (Wuxi Jinshatian Technology Co., Ltd.) to the buyer (Wuxi Yuanyou Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.) for a total consideration of RMB 250 million. The target company is a Chinese environmental sanitation service provider. After the completion of the sale, the Group will no longer have any equity interest in the target company.
