("OCT Group"), has completed more than half of its shareholding increase plan. OCT Group has accumulated 22.3285 million shares through centralized bidding trading, representing 0.2778% of the total share capital of the company.

Chairman and CEO Hong Zhi increased his holdings in BRII-B (02137) by 58,000 shares at a price of approximately 1.02 Hong Kong dollars per share.
