SINO-OCEAN GP (03377) announces that the company sincerely appreciates the support of the creditors who have joined. In order to encourage more creditors to join the restructuring support agreement, the company agrees to further extend the deadline for the basic consent fee from 5:00 pm on September 24, 2024 (Hong Kong time) to 5:00 pm on October 18, 2024 (Hong Kong time) (after the second extension of the basic consent fee deadline). The company values the support of all creditors and earnestly encourages and invites existing debt instrument holders who have not signed the restructuring support agreement to review the agreement as soon as possible and, no later than the extended deadline, submit a duly completed and signed joining letter and participation notice to sinoocean@glas.agency, as applicable, to the information agent, to participate as additional creditors in the restructuring support agreement.
