MEILAN AIRPORT (00357) has announced that, after sending out notices and shareholder meeting announcements, the company has received a written nomination from Feng Global Fund SPC (Feng Global) (holding approximately 12.0% of the issued H shares and approximately 5.8% of the total issued shares) to appoint Mr. Xie Lichao as a non-executive director at the upcoming shareholder meeting. Therefore, in accordance with Chinese company law and the company's articles of association, the resolution to appoint Mr. Xie will be presented at the shareholder meeting.
